I'm in a covered call program to download high quality video and others. If I use it, you need a full internet access is very slow for other computers on the same network. Unlike other download clients, I can not find a place to establish a maximum speed limit set. Is there anything I can do to limit the speed of Internet connection to use this program? Perhaps no program that this limit be set for a team in general?
