Police Traffic Vest Is It Now Legal For Police To Use A Standard Unmarked Vehicle For A Traffic Stop?

Is it now legal for police to use a standard unmarked vehicle for a traffic stop? - police traffic vest

Once I saw a Toyota Camry flip down visor regular passenger seat and activate the red and blue lights w / siren. They thought another vehicle got out and the police had the West. Is it legal? Are they on our side and not even know? Do we have the right to acknowlegde

Of course they can. This is no different than waiting to catch speeding subway marked police car behind trees or shrubs - happens all the time! Or policewomen used as street prostitutes to win "customers". Or wait for the police while driving a car turbo WRX by stopping at red lights to see if the race will be challenged to play down the green light - as they can. Here, too, happens all the time!

I think it's just a case of police getting smarter and the resources they can to prevent crime. The days of all police cars are easy to spot, with large red and blue lights on the roof are gone. You want us all to think that every car at every moment could be a police vehicle without marking. So in a few weeks, police in the trade Camry dress ... replace and do it with a different color or to keep all their feet. That too!

If genius is totally legal.
Why are the police so that everyone knows that they are there?

Imagine:
Some idiot red lights all the time. Of course I would not from the police, right?
Say this idiot goes and beats one of their loved ones and kill them ....

What would you think if she had an officer to arrest the person in the action one avoid or twice?

I see people all the time to start doing illegal things, then I'll try to do it legislatively.
I know he would be executed, the light or cut someone if I had not been there .... Why not under lock and enough people break the law?

I have an answer to your question, you can not depend on PCOS.

However, I notice the officials responded.

Imagine: north on I-5 in WA. State @ 2:30 pulling a white limousine right behind you (tailgating) and begins to follow. I left the left lane and middle lane to let him pass. Activates a blue light that moves on the dashboard and directly behind me. It is close enough to reveal the headlights on a dirty plate GOVT brought to its front bumper. The show highlights from other vehicles, what appears to be a large Afro hairstyle dissatisfied (he said he was quite) near. This was before cell phones. I took the next exit and stopped at a gas station, I knew there were security cameras from my car and said that the Office of the Secretary of the window to watch and wait. He holds a 20 years old, dirty white Oldsmobile and the demands of my identity in my wallet, he was sitting in the passenger seat of his car. I "" convince them that he, if he show a valid photo ID (no BADGE) is left in your own interest, without undue delay. It does. Did I mention that I wear?

Since that day I've always asked my family never shoot if you move the car and the "official can identify," is not known uniform. Well, you call 911 and lead.

For Kebert: Not for lack of respect for what is often a difficult task. (no one is forcing you to do, BTW), however, the hypothesis that seems sustainable answer at this time, challenges remain for our civil liberties on the agenda.
